How do I make a reservation?

You can book easily through our website, or if you prefer, via platforms like Booking or Expedia. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. Just let us know your dates and number of guests, and we’ll confirm availability and conditions.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room, as reservations are made by room type. However, once your reservation is confirmed, tell us which one you prefer and we’ll do our best to take your preferences into account and assign you the best available option.

It means there is no reception, but do not worry, we will explain how it works.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a message with all the necessary information:

 

  • Hotel address

  • Access code for the main entrance (or a link to open it from your phone)

  • Room number

  • Room access code or digital key

When you arrive, simply enter the access code on the entrance keypad or use the link/app provided. The door will open automatically.

In some cases, we may request that you complete a short digital check-in:

 

  • Confirmation of personal details

  • Submission of your ID document, as required by law

Once inside, use your room code or the electronic key sent to your phone to open the door.

Even though check-in is autonomous, our team is available by phone or messaging at all times if you need help.

Yes, we request a deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining amount may be paid a few days before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking channel.

If you book through a platform, payment is handled there. For direct bookings, we accept credit card, bank transfer, Bizum, or cash.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit. We’ll send you written confirmation with all the details.

No. A valid card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Yes, if you notify us with enough time and availability allows. We’ll do our best to adjust to your new plans.

Yes, although cancellation conditions depend on when you cancel. You will always see these conditions before confirming.

How many people can stay?

Maximum occupancy is indicated for each room. It cannot be exceeded for safety and regulatory reasons.

Yes, we offer free and stable Wi-Fi. You’ll receive the password on arrival, and it’s also posted inside the room.

We provide a small complimentary selection so you can prepare your own breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace.

Yes, clean towels and bed linen are provided for all guests. Everything will be ready when you arrive.

Yes, the room includes a minibar or small fridge depending on the room type, plus storage space for your belongings.

Yes. All rooms include a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We provide some capsules, and you’re welcome to bring your own. You also have a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge.

Yes, we can provide plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, and basic utensils such as a bottle opener. Please request them in advance.

Yes, the room has climate control so you can adjust the temperature as you like.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. If you need different times, ask us and we’ll see if it’s possible.

If there are no bookings that day, we may be able to adjust the hours. Let us know in advance.
