This cancellation policy applies to all reservations made directly through the website sandrarooms.com or by contacting Dorinda Rooms directly.
If the reservation was made through third-party platforms (e.g., online booking portals), the cancellation conditions stated on those platforms shall apply, without prejudice to any legal obligations that may correspond.
Non-Refundable Rate: Does not allow cancellation or modification; in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
The exact conditions of the selected rate will be displayed prior to confirming the reservation and will be included in the confirmation email.
A “no-show” occurs when the guest does not arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date and has not cancelled the reservation within the applicable deadlines.
In the event of a no-show:
Flexible Rates: The charge applicable to late cancellations will apply (1 night).
Non-Refundable Rates: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
The accommodation may make the rooms or units available again from the day following the scheduled arrival date.
Requests to change dates, number of guests, or other conditions must be submitted in writing to sandra.rooms.alc@gmail.com or through authorized channel, with a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Acceptance of any modification is subject to:
Availability for the new dates.
Possible rate differences.
Application of fees according to the cancellation policy or the conditions of the original rate.
The accommodation may cancel or modify the reservation in the following circumstances:
Supervening impossibility of providing the service due to causes beyond the accommodation’s control.
Serious breach by the guest of payment obligations or house rules.
Manifest errors in the booking system or published rates that render the reservation objectively unfeasible.
In such cases, the accommodation will offer, whenever possible:
Alternative accommodation of equal or superior category in the same area and at no additional cost.
A full refund of the amounts paid.

The date and time the accommodation receives the request through one of the indicated channels will be considered the official time of communication for cancellation or modification purposes.
When a refund applies, it will be issued using the same payment method used by the guest, unless otherwise agreed, within approximately 2 calendar days from confirmation of the cancellation. Any bank charges or fees related to the refund may be deducted from the amount to be returned, provided this has been previously communicated.
Use water, electricity, and other utilities responsibly.
Cleaning services included in the stay will be those indicated during the booking process.
Additional cleaning services may be requested at an extra cost.
Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers contingencies that may prevent them from enjoying their stay (illness, flight cancellations, etc.), especially when booking non-refundable rates or rates with strict cancellation conditions.
This cancellation policy shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law and, in particular, with the regulations on consumer protection.
Extraordinary cleaning resulting from improper use.
If no damage is detected, the deposit will be released or returned within approximately 1 day after check-out. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the User shall be liable for the full cost, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.
